Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

Condition: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Refunds: Full refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.

If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.

Exclusions: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

🔄 Replacements

If your order arrives expired, damaged, or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll gladly resend a new replacement product at no additional cost.
